Famille Rose Bowl
A beautiful, Famille Rose bowl. Commonly referred to as a “punch” bowl, these bowls are beautiful and this one is better than most.On the sides are two elongated scenes depicting lots of acting including children and a dog. The interior is lined and features a “rose” in the middle. It is 10 1/8″ diameter and stands 4 1/4″ tall. There is some wear to the gold leafed decorations that is appropriate to a piece of this age. Chinese. Circa 1800.
