A Chippendale, one drawer work table. This lovely table has incredible legs. Each leg is chamfered and the front legs are beaded. The apron has an applied piece of molding.Meanwhile the top has scribe work on the front and sides (It has almost been worn off from use in the front middle). It also has some staining which can be clearly seen in the pictures. The table is 29 ¾” wide, 17 ¾” deep, and 28 ¾” tall. From the size and staining, I suspect this table was used as a very small desk at some point. The pull is original. Refinished by us. English. Circa 1780.
