A beautiful, cast iron bird bath. It features two birds playing on top of the water basin. The basin connects via two bolts to the pedestal. The pedestal is fluted and has a base that is pierced and showcase roses.The entire piece has the “feel” of the 19thcentury while it was probably produced in the 2nd quarter of the 20th century. It has been sandblasted and powder coated with only the two nuts in the basin being painted. It is 19 1/8” in diameter and 29 ¾” tall. The bird with its tail up adds an additional 4 ¾” in height making it right at 24” tall. Circa 1920-50.
