A pretty, Hepplewhite card table made out of solid mahogany with ovolo corners. The apron and legs are nicely inlaid. Each leg has nice string inlay work with and inlaid cuff at the foot. The edge of the top has two beaded lines.Standing 29 5/8” tall; it is 18 1/8” deep and 37” wide. A rear leg has been repaired on the underside of the table and can only be seen when the table is upside down. All in all, this is a lovely piece. American. Attributed to New England. Circa 1800.
