Hello TOP! With a glance, there is no doubt who the star of this show is. A striking, solid cherry candlestand. WOW! This piece features beautiful inlay and cherry veneer work.The top is most unusual in design and construction. From a construction point of view, it is cherry veneered on top of solid cherry with inlay used between the stands. It has an applied edge on all four sides of the top. The base is a classic, if late, Queen Anne pedestal. It was probably made in central Kentucky. Lastly, the top is 19 ¼” square with the overall height of 36 3/4. Central Kentucky. Crica 1810.
