Queen Anne Hanging Corner Cupboard

Queen Anne Hanging Corner Cupboard

A nice, Queen Anne hanging corner cupboard with raised paneled door. At first, one notices the beautiful raised paneled door. The top of the door has an elaborate arch that is very pleasing to the eye and difficult to create. Next, the eye moves to the wonderful brass hinges. They are fantastic and appear to be original. The escutcheon looks great too, but we are not certain it is original. All of the cornice appears to be original as well as the finish. It needs a 19 3/4″ corner and is 42 7/8″ tall. The primary wood is English Oak and the secondary is deal. English. Circa 1760.
