A sweet, walnut, Chippendale chest of drawers with 2 drawers over 3 drawers. Standing only 34.5” tall, 31.25” wide, and 22” deep, this chest can go in many places and serve many functions.The top and sides are all one board. The feet are original while the drawer pulls are all replaced. It has poplar secondary woods with full, poplar dust covers inside the case. Overall, it has a mahogany tone to it but it is definitely made out of walnut. American. Circa 1790.
