Cherry End Table

Cherry Two Drawer End Table, Circa 1820

A nice cherry two drawer end.  The top is only one board!  The drawer fronts are so thickly veneered in mahogany that the cabinetmaker was able to put scratch beading on the fronts.

The knobs are replaced.  The knobs really look good so we decided to leave them on the table.  The first picture is a great example of what the table looks like in real life.  It really is a nice piece.  American.  Circa 1820.
