An absolutely stunning, Sheraton server. This incredible piece is made out of Honduras mahogany and features flame Birch on the drawer fronts. Each drawer front has three panels that are bookend matched to one another. The wood literally “leaps” off the piece! The legs are turned with the upper portion sporting horizontal reeding with the lower half featuring vertical reeding. The legs carry through to the top with “turret” corners. There is even some barber pole inlay along the bottom edge of the case and the edge of the top. It is a great size at 35” tall, 38 7/8” wide, and 19 ½” deep. This piece has been refinished on the inside and out. Lastly, there is some small repairs to the barber pole inlay in various spots. Attributed to New Hampshire, this piece is a “jaw dropper”! Circa 1810.
