An oval marble top table. This lovely table has a delightfully light and airy base. In truth, the design of this base is virtually identical to a signed table that was probably made in the same shop.This allows us to attribute the table to Rome, New York. Made out of walnut, this table has been largely left alone. While we did reglue the loose joints, the marble top and finish do appear to be all original! It is 28” wide, 20 ¾” deep, and 30” tall. American. Circa 1880.
