Uncle Sam Cast Iron Bank, C. 1886

This is “the real deal”. Made during or after 1886, this is a cast iron bank of everyone’s favorite uncle, Uncle Sam! Check out the original paint! Who doesn’t love a set of white with read pinstripes? Not only does he work but he still retains the original door and key for the bank. Even his beard wiggles when the bank is used. Standing 11.5″ tall and with a base of 5″ by 4″, this Uncle Sam is still “wants your coins”. All you have to do is put a coin in his hand and push a button. His right hand drops, his satchel opens, and the coin is stored in the base of the bank. Patented in June of 1886, this piece is total original. This is an original piece of American history.
